What are the different types of conversions?

Conversions don’t necessarily mean sales on your website. A business can define various types of conversions along its specific customer journeys. Conversions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Leads captured
  • Sales on a website
  • Click to call
  • Site Search
  • Spending more than a specific time on a page
  • etc.

Each business must define the various types of conversions that it must have to measure the effectiveness of its visitor’s journey through its digital space.
